Baucus Says IRS Will Fine You For Not Having Health Insurance!
September 11, 2009
People in Montana, wake up! You’ve got a communist representing you in congress. Max Baucus [clueless] of Montana is putting together a “bi-partisan” plan for health care. We need to have the names of the “Gang of Six” (Want to bet McCain is part of that gang?) and get them all thrown out. WE DON’T WANT YOUR HEALTH CARE PLAN! Period, end of sentence! Get it? – FedUpEditor
Only hours before President Obama will deliver a speech detailing his plans for health care reform, Senate finance committee Chairman Max Baucus declared that he will put forth a proposal for sweeping health care reform by Sept. 21. Following a meeting with the bipartisan Gang of Six senators, Baucus told reporters that he will begin a committee markup by the week of Sept. 21, regardless of whether or not he has Republican support. The move is considered a last-ditch effort to mobilize Republican support behind overhauling the system. “The time has come for action,” Baucus said, “and we will act.” The chairman’s plan will exclude the public option, which he says “cannot pass the Senate,” but will introduce insurance cooperatives and taxes on insurance companies to help pay for reforms. Baucus’ announcement came amid mounting frustration with the bill’s lack of progress and criticism from constituents that he had not taken a strong enough stance on health care reform.
In the bill will be penalties for people who don’t have health insurance and guess who will enforce it? The IRS! It’s not a new idea. HR 3200 is full of references to the IRS keeping financial information and automatic payments for the health insurance. Face it, people. We are living in a socialist/communist society when our representatives don’t have to listen to us, their constituents!
