My last article dealt with the enviromental lunacy going on in our country. Here is another example.
A lot of plastic goes into the making of those laser print cartridges. They take up a lot of space in landfills and surely there is a lot of material (plastic) there that can be recycled. So what kind of value does Staples put on it to save the planet???
$0.01 per cartridge. Don’t you think if we were saving the planet by recycling these things it would be worth more to the world than a penny a laser cartridge? The answer is no because first of all, it will not save the planet, second of all, the planet is not in trouble, and third of all, most of these cartridges are ending up in the garbage anyway!

I’m angry at this country and what the citizens are letting happen to it.
If you were certain that cutting your lawn led to cancer wouldn’t you stop mowing the lawn? Well, Al Gore says that our lifestyles are causing global warming, but yet he refuses to do with less. He has one of the biggest carbon foot prints of just about anyone in the United States, so why isn’t he leading the charge and living in a hut and riding a bicycle instead of jet setting around the world in his huge jet spewing his global warming nonsense?
I’ll tell you why. Because it’s a LIE! He’s a liar and will be proven so as the earth continues to cool thanks to less solar activity. What A-Gore (two letters off from A-Hole) doesn’t seem to understand that nature is the ultimate authority on climate change, not him, and it’s called… WEATHER! What a dunce. There are three people who really make me angry and he is one of them.
The second one is Nancy Pelosi. The witch of San Francisco was one of the ones told about the interrogation methods and now she conveniently LIES and says she wasn’t. Just listening to her stammer and stutter in her explanations as she tries to lie her way out of it is nauseating. If she were telling the truth, it would be easy. But she winds her way through the story conveniently choosing her words so she doesn’t have to tell the truth… exactly.
It’s like the old story about the two married people who are cheating on their spouses and check into a hotel. The clerk asks, “Are you married?” They both answer yes because they are… just not to each other. It’s the truth, it’s just not honest. That’s Pelosi to a TEE! Another A-Hole.
The third one is Obama himself. What an arrogant son-of-a-bitch. He is constantly on the television shooting off his mouth about the propaganda he is peddling. Here’s what’s going to happen with health care now that the senate has made it impossible to filabuster the legislation. We’re getting health care whether we like it or not. What’s going to happen? I’m making a prediction here and now:
Fat people (mostly poor people) will be screwed. Once they find out that they will not be treated for onset diabetes or heart conditions because they didn’t watch their weight we probably won’t hear about it. The press is in the bag for this idiot man child. And if you smoke (mostly poor people) you will also be denied cancer treatment because you didn’t quit. I am betting that is you even have a history of smoking and quit, then come down with some form of lung cancer, your treatment will be denied. It’s a form of rationing because to give 100% health care to everyone for everything will just cost too much. But you won’t hear that from the news media.
I want to go on record that I don’t want nameless, faceless bureaucrats in charge of my health care decisions. I do not want $1000 of my paycheck to go to the government to pay for a $50 procedure. But over time it’s going to cost us much more than we will ever get back, just like Social Security, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance and Disability. What a sad day for America.
Remember, Democrats. What you did in the Senate can now be done by Republicans when they win it back in 2010. I don’t want to hear any wining about “minority party rights”. Elections have consequences, you spineless a-holes.

Just a quick note today. I was reading Mark Levine’s new book, Liberty and Tyranny, and he brought up a good point. Actually he brought up a lot of good points, but this one in particular:
Fighting global warming is supposed to save the planet and endangered species for our children. But do these same people realize their taxes are bankrupting our country so that their children will not be able to afford a coat with the resulting cold or be able to pay the admission to go to the zoo to see those endangered animals if they keep spending the way they are? It’s all BULL CRAP!
Every time they want to pass a law they trot out some poor kid and say it’s for the children. If it’s for the children then stop spending their God Damn money! I’m FEDUP!

Proposed endangerment finding troubling – API
WASHINGTON - The American Petroleum Institute issued the following statement today from President Jack Gerard regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed endangerment finding for greenhouse gases:
“The proposed endangerment finding poses an endangerment to the American economy and to every American family. It could lead to greenhouse gas regulations under a law fundamentally ill-suited to addressing the challenge of global climate change. The regulations could impose complex, costly requirements on restaurants, colleges, schools, shopping malls, bakeries and many other businesses and institutions. The Clean Air Act was created to address local and regional air pollution, not the emission of carbon dioxide and other global greenhouse gases.”

EPA Determines Greenhouse Gasses to be Associated With Health Risks

The Environmental Protection Agency has concluded that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases are a danger to public health and welfare. It is the first step to regulating pollution linked to climate change.
Congressional sources told The Associated Press that EPA will announce its proposed finding Friday and begin a comment period before issuing a final ruling. The EPA also will say tailpipe emissions from motor vehicles contribute to climate change. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the finding hasn’t been announced.
The action was prompted by a Supreme Court ruling two years that said greenhouse gases are pollutants under the Clean Air Act and must be regulated if found to be a human health danger.
Tell these people to stop breathing then and leave us alone! Their ideas are more polluting than they are! Also, remember to tell the plants we’re sorry for giving them their required carbon-dioxide because we’re trying to save the planet! How much more idiocy do we need to see from our judges? Vegans are causing global warming. They have to be. Aren’t we being told that carbon dioxide is polluting our environment and causing global warming? Well plants take CO2 and turn it into ogygen. So by killing plants and eating them they are reducing the number of them able to produce ogygen and thus increasing the amount of CO2 in the air.
So our bumper sticker, “Stop Global Warming – Shoot an Environmentalist” is very timely!

It’s about freedom, but the issue is dishwashing detergent. Dawn detergent, to be specific. It seems the state of Washington has banned all detergents with phosphates which is the element that gets dishes clean. So much for freedom!
So what happens? People have to wash their dishes twice, once in the dishwasher and once by hand doubling the amount of water being used in the household for dishwashing!
What else happens? People drive to Idaho to buy the banned detergent. What does this do? Creates more carbon emissions with people using their gas guzzling automobiles to drive and get a detergent that works.
How silly is that? In essence, we see what government does. As it tightens its grip on the people, they slip through its fingers. Freedom finds a way, either legally or illegally. And outlawing detergent is just a cover up for taking freedom and choices out of the hands of people.
Washington has a budget deficit which can only be solved by collecting more taxes. But if people want to use detergent with phosphates legally, they need to move to another state. There goes the tax base! So banning detergent could result in increasing deficits and possibly higher taxes on the remaining few who believe this silly ban… all in the name of environmentalism.
Meat is Murder
Today I saw a bumper sticker on a Scion that said Meat is Murder. If you take that tack, then so is eating vegetables because plants scream (or so we’re told by scientists) when they are cut. so let’s all starve and make the vegans happy. They need to go first!
